Abstract

Pada saat ini, pemerintah Indonesia telah melaksanakan tugasnya untuk meningkatkan transparansi publik. E-Government dan media sosial dianggap oleh banyak orang sebagai sarana yang sangat membantu dalam memudahkan proses pelayanan publik, mengurangi biaya pelayanan publik, meningkatkan transparansi dan mengurangi korupsi. Sarana yang dioperasionalkan oleh piranti Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) tersebut telah digunakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dan memberikan hasil yang memuaskan, komprehensif dan transparan. Meskipun banyak perhatian dari berbagai kalangan terhadap pengembangan e-Government dan media sosial, namun masih sedikit perhatian yang ditujukan pada pengembangan e-Government dan media sosial untuk mendorong perubahan sosial yang signifikan dalam mewujudkan transparansi. Makalah ini memaparkan dampak positif penerapan e-Government dan media sosial untuk menyampaikan informasi pemberantasan korupsi sehingga dapat mewujudkan budaya transparansi.
